Standard orders, unless otherwise requested, will almost always ship within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase. If ordering through our etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/CharmadilloBouquets check the listing for our most up to date handling time.
Small items always ship quickly. If you are ordering larger items that you need for an event within 4 weeks of ordering, please contact us and let us know your event date. We will be happy to rush your order for no additional charge if time allows.
We are happy to customize the colors of any of our standard items for no additional charge. Please expect additional handling time for color changes and please notify us of your event date to insure receipt in plenty of time.
We receive many requests for custom changes to our products such as using flowers from another item, size changes, handle wrap customizations, and greenery and filler changes. We will always do our best to accommodate the requested changes and typically can make them for no additional charge. Please contact us for dtails.
Upon request, we are happy to send photos of your order before shipping, if time permits. This often times leads to requests for updates to the items ordered. At our discretion and if time permits, we are happy to accommodate these requests, however, this will add additional handling time to your order. All requests for photos and product updates will be added to our schedule as we have availability. If you anticipate this type of request, please order well ahead of your event date. We reserve the right to limit the number of updates requested and to deny requests that are too close to the event date to be completed.
We work very hard to pack our orders in a way that avoids any damage during shipping. All of our items are wrapped in bubble wrap and we use additional packing materials to ensure the safety of our products. Because of this, we rarely have damaged items however, we insure all of our packages. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at charmadillowedding@gmail.com and we will be happy to repair or replace the item for no additional charge.
Because we handmake all of our products to order, we don't typically accept returns however, we want our brides to be happy with their flowers. If you are unhappy with an item that you've received, please contact us and we will be happy to work something out.
At this time, we are not sending out free samples of our flowers but we have a number of low cost items that we recommend for anyone wanting to check out our products before making a larger purchase including toss bouquets, cake flowers, corsages and boutonnieres.
We do offer customized payment plans with no credit check. It's simple. We split your order into monthly or semi-monthly payments customized to fit your needs and schedule. Please contact us at charmadillowedding@gmail.com to learn more about our payment plans.
